The Vopak tank truck and container cleaning activity, as a non core business to Vopak, has as of March 30th 2007, been acquired by Tee-Teeside AB. The selling is fully in line with the Royal Vopak strategy to focus on our global tank terminal business.

The new owner has a long tradition in the tank cleaning business being the owner of Kadeco AB. From all parts this is a positive change: Vopak Cleaning will now join Kadeco, to form a specialized tank cleaning group. It is the ambition of the new owner to keep offering you continued high quality and excellent service.

Vopak Logistic Nordic AB säljer Vopak Cleaning Nordic AB to Tee-Teeside AB

Vopaks tankbilstvättar, som ligger vid sidan av Vopaks kärnverksamhet, har den 30 mars 2007, blivit uppköpt av Tee-Teeside AB. Försäljning är i linje med Royal Vopaks strategi att fokusera på vår globala tankterminalverksamhet.

Den nya ägaren har lång tradition inom tankrengöring som ägare till Kadeco AB. Alla parter ser det som en positiv förändring: Vopak Cleaning kommer nu att tillsammans med Kadeco bilda en specialiserad tankrengöringskoncern. Den nya ägarens ambition är att fortsätta erbjuda er hög kvalitet och utmärkt service.
