Environmental prize of the Port of Gothenburg and the regional environmental authority for 2007 is awarded to Vopak terminal Gothenburg.

The motivation of the Jury reads as follows: "This years environmental prize is awarded to a company that continuously works with a big involvement on environmental and safety-issues. This big involvement has resulted in an impressive improvement of the environmental and safety situation in 2007. Vopak is also a driving force in the common environmental and safety matters in the Oil Port. With this prize we want to express our appreciation for Vopak's big involvement, the extensive improvements made and the ambitious targets set in the area of environment and safety."
